I have been working in the counseling field since 1984. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Toledo, a Master’s degree in Pastoral Psychology and Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Formational Counseling also from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ohio. I was born and raised in the Catholic Church, went to Catholic elementary school and a Jesuit high school for boys. I was involved in lay ministry within the Catholic Church and involved in the Charismatic Renewal. Eventually, I became enamored with the Assembly of God Church and have been fellowshipping within that church for forty plus years. I know my Savior lives and He has unmistakably called me into a personal relationship with Him. I know that He has called me and other believers to reflect His glory through the enablement of the Holy Spirit. I am fortunate to have been trained by one of the pioneers of Christian counseling, Dr. Richard D. Dobbins. I regularly tuned in to listen to Dr. James Dobson when he was on Focus’ daily broadcasts. Currently, I do no accept any insurances, but I will work with clients to determine a negotiable fee.
