Spanish/English –offering telehealth/video sessions from the comfort of your home! Are you ready to change your life? I have over 15 years of experience in mental health, substance abuse, and trauma. My specialty is somatic-focused trauma work; this is not like any therapy you have ever had or will ever have. My process is unique and powerful, perfected and created by me from many years of experience and a lifetime of studying. I draw on the foundations of Gestalt therapy and the wisdom of God. I operate from a Christian perspective; you will become the best version of yourself.
I will utilize humor, accountability, and encouragement to help you move from where you are to where you want to be. My approach is very creative as I utilize experiential therapy. We are not just going to talk about it; change will happen in the therapy session. I have a Bachelors in Psychology, Masters in Counseling and post graduate work in Gestalt Therapy.

I take some insurances, and will provide a super bill for out of network, and I have a sliding fee scale.
