Hello! My name is Ms. Sashay Goodletty and I am the Steward of The Counseling Room LLC. As a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I am qualified to counsel individuals, couples, and families.
I provide therapeutic care for a wide range of concerns such as, depression, stress, anger management, grief, trauma, school/work difficulties, and conflict resolution. While all are welcome into this therapeutic space, The Counseling Room also provides care for matters unique to men and women of color.
I have a strong desire to provide quality and affordable Christian counseling. My hope is that The Counseling Room will become your safe space to speak freely, sit silently, question, cry, yell…all within a validating and supportive environment.
Clients take a huge risk inviting me into their private lives and what an amazing honor this is. In turn, I provide honest feedback and encourage strategic action steps towards identified goals in an atmosphere filled with trust and respect.
Currently, services are virtual, self-pay, and offered Tuesdays through Saturdays.
