“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” John 10:10

Each one of us has a story… Some are happy and light while others are sad and filled with pain and grief. Regardless of our personal experiences, most of us carry parts of our stories in “imaginary backpacks,” which we add to and lug with us as we go through life. What is in your backpack?
Healing is possible when you invest the time to explore your feelings and lighten the load you have been carrying.
I believe counseling is vital for healthy living and can fundamentally change how we cope with our past as well as the present.
In my role as a Therapist, I strive to offer my clients a safe place to identify possible traumas and/ or unhealthy patterns that are hindering them from experiencing “the abundant life” Jesus spoke of in the book of John.
As a Daughter, Wife and Mother of three, I experience first hand the nuances of relationships and family dynamics.
I love working with Teens, College Students, Parents, Individuals and Couples as they navigate those relationships.
It is not lost on me that it takes courage to make that first call and I will be honored to walk alongside you in this process of growth and change you desire!
