Christian couples, individual and trauma counselor. Unfortunately I do not work with insurances, but can accept HSA payments. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist & a trauma informed care therapist. I enjoy working with couples and adult individuals. I specialize in Couples/Relationship struggles, PTSD/trauma, women’s issues, anxiety and depression, domestic violence, spiritual integration, divorce care, remarriage and blended family issues.
I was called into this profession to share the hope of healing – healing from our past traumas and to provide a path to connection in our current and future relationships. Learning we deserve to be in healthy relationships and that we can develop safety by learning appropriate boundaries and walking in our truth.
We all have been impacted by our life journey. I am grateful to use my life experiences to connect with others and offer understanding and hope for a better future. We don’t have to live in the lies we’ve been told to believe about ourselves, our value and what we deserve out of life. Relationships can offer a safe haven if done correctly.
