I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona with seven years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with a wide range of presenting concerns including family conflicts, trauma and abuse, stress and anxiety, anger management and parenting issues. I have worked with children, teens, adults and families. I also have three years of experience with online telehealth therapy. I am also registered as an out of state telehealth provider in South Carolina and Florida. I have worked with children, teens, adults and families. I have completed Phase I Training in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT).
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral (CBT), person centered, solution focused, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, and mindfulness. I can provide a Christian perspective when requested by the client.
