I’m a marriage and family therapist committed to helping family members build healthier relationships with each other. My work focuses on helping couples and families interrupt problematic patterns and replace them with practices and beliefs that promote closeness. I believe that every relationship has challenges, so I strive to provide a supportive environment without judgement where families can discover the answers they need for their unique situation in life. I’m passionate about helping couples, parents, adolescents, pastors and ministry families.
I have 15 years of clinical mental health experience and 30 years of pastoral experience working with adolescents, families, and couples. My educational background includes an MA in counseling from Midwestern Seminary and an MS in psychology. My training includes the Gottman Method, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma and infidelity-recovery.
