I get it – we live in an imperfect world. I’m here to walk with you through your situation, and to help you find hope.

If you are struggling with depression, loss, trauma, or betrayal, we will create space for you to process, grieve, question, struggle, and find hope amidst healing.

If you’ve found yourself scrambling in the midst of anxiety, stress, personal challenges, or relationship dynamics, we’ll examine your mindset, disentangle and reframe how you approach challenges, and create goals and a personalized plan that works for you.

I’m licensed in Virginia, Missouri, and South Dakota. I accept insurance in VA; at this time, I do not accept insurance in MO or SD.
For all three states, I am also able to accept private pay, HSA/FSA/HRA. I can also provide a superbill to submit to insurance for OON benefits.
