My work focuses on your story: the good, the crappy and the confusing. I love helping my clients to better know and understand themselves. Whether we are practicing mindfulness, testing our automatic thoughts and beliefs, reorienting our brains and bodies towards integration or laughing at the exquisite chaos of being a person, my aim is to help you learn and grow.
