I am passionate about helping other Christians find hope and healing from their mental health challenges. I think counseling is a lot like gardening. I am a co-gardener with the client and together we dig into the flower bed. We begin by pulling out the weeds, then till the soil. It is hard work. Once that is done we are left with rich soil as the foundation and we can put the tools to work! Planting seeds of hope and nurturing them while they grow. I enjoy watching clients bloom into who God has always seen them, a precious person.
I believe you are the expert of you, and I am here to support and encourage along the way.
