It’s exhausting always waiting for the other shoe to drop. As an overthinking and overwhelmed professional, perfectionist, or people pleaser, you’re beyond tired of constantly reliving the past or worrying about the future. You have a good life, but you don’t feel good, and you don’t feel good enough. Even though you have a strong faith or sense of purpose, you stay in high anxiety, chronic worry, and feel emotionally overwhelmed. You want to stop feeling like anxiety is controlling you and start feeling in control of anxiety, but instead you feel stuck in what-if and worst-case-scenario-thinking that you don’t know how to stop.

Therapy for anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, or trauma can help you find positive ways to cope, learn to relax, find joy in the present, and fully engage in life again. Clients come to me ready to overcome the constant hum of anxiety, poor self-image, and all consuming overwhelmingness that interferes with the ability to relax and enjoy life.
