I specialize in children, teenagers, and young adults with anxiety and depression, especially with estrangement issues such as conflict with parents, divorced and/or deployed parents, as well as career planning. The teenagers must be willing to participate in therapy without being forced.

I also specialize in military and veterans and have worked at the VA and at an inpatient psychiatric hospital treating active duty military. My previous career was working alongside military in the Foreign Service as a diplomat.

I am a Christian and can offer help from a biblical perspective if desired.
