I began working in the mental healthcare field in 2007 and since 2010 I have worked exclusively with the Sex Addiction/Betrayal Trauma population. My primary role is Clinical Director where I support/supervise/consult/train a staff of 17 highly skilled pastoral clinicians. I also stay involved in direct client care, working with a limited number of individuals and couples.
