My counseling approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, adapted to the unique needs and goals of clients. I have training in EMDR as well as many other evidence-based practices. I want to guide you in getting to the root of the concern and focusing on holistic, optimal wellness.

I offer in-person sessions in Warsaw, Indiana, and I offer phone or video telehealth sessions in the states of Indiana, Ohio and South Carolina. My office hours are primarily evenings and Saturdays.
Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling and Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College. Her counseling approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, adapted to the unique needs and goals of clients. Julie has counseling experience in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, relationship issues and attachment, and spiritual concerns. She holds LMHC and LCAC state licenses as well as the MAC certification. Julie is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
