The individuals I get to walk with desire to seek the Lord’s guidance and transformation as we spiritually address the root cause of unhealthy patterns via various therapeutic approaches such as brainspotting. Oftentimes we operate from a broken thought process that was initiated during a rough season. Together, we invite the Lord to help address the wounds and their associated toxic thoughts. Then the goal is to replace these limiting thoughts with His enduring truth, resulting in resilience, growth, and ultimately greater intimacy with God.
