My specialty is to connect with you through Telehealth. I can help cut out a commute to an office, an hour of mask wearing, and support you through my secure client portal.

My philosophy of counseling has 3 main components.
1. Connection. I believe that you were not meant to walk through life alone. I want to work hard to help you feel heard and understood because connecting fuels healing.
2. The “circle.” I believe that having to revisit issues from your past makes you grow stronger. I desire to help you overcome the areas in your life where you want the most freedom.
3. The tree. I believe you have deep roots like a tree. The better we can understand how you were made and created, the more likely we are to help you find freedom.
