Many people seek therapy not knowing why they feel depressed, anxious, frustrated, or “stuck” in life. Others reach out because they are overwhelmed and unsure how to feel better. Some have been feeling distant from God for awhile now and are searching for how to grow closer to Him. I help adults, couples, and teens understand more about themselves and how to make meaningful changes in their relationships with God and others. As your therapist, I will help you learn more about the obstacles in your life that are preventing growth and equip you with the knowledge, skills, and perspective needed to lead a more meaningful and enjoyable life. I especially enjoy working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, spiritual concerns, marriage conflict, grief, trauma, eating concerns, family conflict, relationship conflict, OCD, and anger.
My training in psychodynamic, existential, and cognitive behavioral therapy will help you increase self-awareness and learn how to overcome obstacles. I will help you learn how to manage emotional burdens and support you through the process of healing and feeling whole. Therapy will help you take responsibility for your decisions and make meaningful changes.
