Many times we go through difficult times in life exhausting our natural coping mechanisms. We become overwhelmed, anxious, fearful, or depressed. Sometimes we lose our faith or our previous beliefs, we lose hope that God is with us and in control of our circumstances regardless of how bad they are. In these times, we need the help of someone who can walk along us and has been trained to help you navigating through adversity.
