Usually we are tootling along minding our own business, then life happens. Sometimes we shake ourselves and keep moving, and sometimes we get stuck. Stuck can be that blah feeling or a raging aaahhh!
My hunch is what gets us out of whack has to do with somebody else, or often how negatively we see ourselves. How about we take a listen, and perhaps we will discover some uncovered strengths you have to get you tootling along again. Look to hear from you soon.
Fayetteville Family Life Center is a Christ centered outpatient extension of Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. We partner with local pastors in attending to congregational needs for mental health care and life transitions. Our staff consists of pastoral counselors, marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, and clinical social workers.
Served 23 years on active duty in the USMC, USN, and retired as an Army Chaplain
