Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Ph.D, LCSW, RPT-S

Having earned a PhD in Social Work, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Certified Advanced-Child, Youth, Adolescent and Family Social Worker. In addition, I am a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. I am certified by the American Association of Suicidology as a School Suicide Prevention Specialist. I treat most issues related to children and their parents, and their families. I also treat individual adults, specializing in depressive and anxiety disorders.

I am now providing Telehealth therapy via Zoom meeting, FaceTime, or conference call. Telehealth services are covered by most insurances.

I have served children, families, and individuals for almost 30 years. I have served as a school social worker for several years, and have worked in a private psychiatric clinic. I served as a psychotherapist on post at Ft. Carson, in the Warrior Transition Unit. I also worked at Evans Army Community Hospital, as the children’s therapist at the Child and Family Behavioral Health System. I retired from Ft. Carson and am enjoying working in my own private practice. Finally, I am a founding member of Retrospective Fatality Analysts. We trace the events that led to the death of a loved one by suicide, helping to provide comfort and understanding regarding the death of their loved one.
