I am passionate about seeing emotional healing, reflective insight, personal awareness, and meaningful growth in my clients. I include trauma, social justice, multicultural, and family lenses to witness this. I am also enthusiastic about encouraging a holistic approach to health and wellness as part of the progress toward wholeness. Additionally, I embrace diversity and culture as part of our collaborative process to establish a strong foundation and promote positive change in your personal journey.
Specifically, I enjoy working alongside of adolescents, college students, young adults and adult seasons of life to empower, encourage, and equip individuals to access the lasting outcome that they desire. I incorporate various therapeutic models and techniques in order to best fit my clients’ needs. I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma with post-recovery, self-esteem, cultural issues, men’s issues, and circumstances related to the integration of spirituality with psychotherapy.
