I have been working in the area of trauma for 20 yrs. I have my bachelors in social work from Oral Roberts University and my masters in social work from the University of Kansas. I hold a clinical license. I am certified in: CPR, NOVA, CISM, EMDR, TBRI, and Trained-Hope Restored Model. I also have training in play therapy, art-based therapy, DBT, CBT, mediation, anger management, and groups. I have a cosmetology certificate from the Paul Mitchell School in Colorado Springs. I’m also a professional therapeutic clown. Recognized in 2001 as an American Hero by the American Red Cross.
