I teach people new patterns of relating that line up with God’s Word and His purpose for their life. This has been my passion for 18 years. I am passionate about what I do because, like you, I’ve walked through the hard places. In my local office (Redlands, Ca) and online, I see adult individuals (not offering marriage counseling at this time).
The best way to describe my private practice would be…
1.) All counsel lines up with the Word of God first and foremost. The Bible is the authority on truth and living your best life.
2.)It is also important that you tell your story, time is spent in talking and processing because that is how we get beneath the surface.
3.)You will always get actionable tools and steps. People seek counseling/coaching because they want something to change. Diving beneath the surface and becoming better equipped with the right tools can change your life!
I believe cognitive therapy lines up with what God’s Word has been saying all along… The thoughts we think have a huge impact on our emotions and actions (Proverbs 4:23).
Encouragement is a key component of our time together. Challenges arise in life and relationships everyday. Having additional support as we navigate through life makes the challenges we face less difficult.
