While I have experience working with men, women, and adolescents, my specialty is working with women who have been abused or are currently struggling in a difficult relationship. In a therapeutic relationship, your self-esteem can dramatically improve, and you can learn new ways of coping with stress and develop new relationship skills. Your life can become much more peaceful. Overwhelming emotions like sadness, fear, and guilt can many times be quickly resolved using EMDR therapy.
