I see Christians who need help overcoming anxiety or depression, including ministry staff and members of regional churches. In meetings, we will explore and develop treatment plans based on the biological, psychological, and spiritual aspects of depression and anxiety. We will discuss the roles of resolving substance abuse, using the right medication (if needed), managing stress, and seeking God in the process of renewal. The goal of our time together is to help you become the man or woman God has in mind for you to be.
