I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist, LCSW in a private setting with 20 + years experience providing counseling for individuals, family children and couples. I assist individuals in discovering new coping skills that are suffering with anxiety, depression, grief and loss and stress reductions. I have experience working with individuals that are suffering from traumatic events in their lives.
My practice is a Christian based practice that includes all denominations. It includes various theories as interventions such as Cognitive behavioral approaches with a Christian perspective.
