Mrs. Julie Williamson

Licensed Professional Counselor | LPC, NCC, RPT

Anxiety can feel debilitating, but it doesn’t have to dominate your life. I walk alongside women as they discover new ways of managing anxiety (particularly through ACT, an evidenced based treatment used in treating anxiety), so that they can live the life they want!
Are you tired of finding yourself in dead end relationships? Maybe you’ve sworn off dating a certain “type” of person, but you seem to repeat the same relationship patterns. You’re not alone and there is hope! My passion is helping women discover who they are in and out of a romantic relationship in order to make healthy dating choices. I incorporate the Relationship Attachment Model, which outlines five dynamic bonds that make up a relationship. I will work collaboratively with you as you seek to flourish in all of your relationships, including those with your friends, family, and God. Your faith is of the utmost importance to me in the therapy process, and my goal is to join with you not only to achieve your goals, but also to better understand your unique, God-given characteristics and emotions. I also see individual clients who face challenges in the areas of life transitions, self-acceptance, and families of origin.

Jesus says in John 10:10 that “the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” Helping people find joy and healing in their lives is my passion, and my goal is to walk humbly alongside you on your journey to living an abundant life. My goal is to create a space of trust and safety so that you feel able to share the challenges you face without fear of judgment or criticism. I offer a free initial phone call to help determine if we’re a good fit for each other. Feel free to call today!
