Erik’s areas of special interest include working with men in the areas of sexual addiction, career crisis, and substance abuse. He also has a heart for men from adolescence forward who are struggling with gender identity issues and same-sex attraction. Additionally, he strongly desires to work with couples in conflict who have lost the sense of “US” as they have built defenses against pain in their relationship. In all of these areas, Erik utilizes his role as a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator.
Moving from intellectually sharing the details of our lives to building a sense of knowing one another and being together in the context of relationship is a process for which we rarely make time, but it is the crucible for change. In the context of confidentiality and safety, trust can be shared, hurts can be healed, paths can be explored, and life, in all of its complexity, can be celebrated.
