Carol is a 4th generation missionary kid to India. Born in Hawaii, raised in India, she identifies as a 3rd culture kid. Her great grandparents, grandparents and parents served in India as medical missionaries, educators, and with the International YMCA. Carol graduated from University of California, San Francisco Medical Center, and later received her Masters Degree in Adult Psychiatry. As a Clinical Nurse therapist, she has worked in both in-patient and out-patient psychiatric settings, and later in private practice in the Bay Area. She became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and specializes in working with couples, individuals, and young people in transition . In addition she loves to walk along side of individuals seeking their own unique life purpose and calling. Currently she counsels missionaries, who need to debrief and process their overseas experience, seeking Gods guidance as to what direction to go in the future. Carol has been married nearly 40 years; she lives with her husband in Fresno. They have 10 grandchildren.
