Mrs. Deanne Helmboldt

Licensed as a Marriage & Family Therapist 25 years ago, my calling has been to counsel people desiring to move forward in their own growth. Before graduate school I worked with Developmentally Disabled Adults living independently; since 1991 I’ve experienced directing a non profit Women’s Ministry Center supporting women in spiritual and emotional growth; I was on staff at a large church as Director of Soul Care overseeing counseling, marriage, support groups and assisting to meet the various needs of the Body of Christ. I’m trained in Spiritual Director, as well as using a Neurofeedback system, and have been in private practice for 5 years. My husband & I have been married 29 years, enjoying activities outdoors & in our beautiful mountains, leading marriage retreats, community volunteering and investing in our kids & grand-kids. I love talking deeply with people about their spiritual journey & encouraging them to find and live the freedom that God has for us in our relationship with Him, our spouse, kids, church and community.

I work with individuals and couples; people searching for identity and meaning in their life & relationships offering Godly counsel, based on foundational Christian values and scriptural truth; Spiritual Direction for those seeking to go deeper in their own growth; and Neurofeedback, a non-invasive treatment which helps the brain bring about healing in it’s own system. This has proven helpful for people of all ages for behavioral, emotional, sleep, headaches, autism spectrum, and more. I also counsel in various aspects of grief, being able to feel with a whole heart, moving past “stuck places”
