Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | LMFT, MA
It can be tough choosing a therapist to entrust your marriage, your depression, your addiction. Here’s how you can know that you can trust me. Know that I have over 27 years of experience in helping couples and individuals in distress. Know that I offer a Plan of Care that you can take home with you. It gives clarity to your entire experience in counseling, including a good estimate of the total number of sessions you will need for your care, the total cost, and secured dates and times for each appointment. And know that I’ve been shaped by life experiences and years of helping others to become a therapist who truly cares and can help you resolve your difficulties.
People typically benefit most by meeting with me weekly until short term stability and relief has occurred. We then meet every other week, then every three to four weeks toward long-term change. It has been my experience that long-term change becomes permanent once monthly meetings occur for 3 to 4 months rather than terminating treatment when people feel better in the short term.
