Deciding to go to counseling can be daunting, and choosing a counselor can be even more intimidating. I hope to make your next steps more manageable and pleasant. My office is a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space to share your struggles, thoughts, and feelings while learning about yourself and working towards meeting your personal goals. Perhaps you’re feeling down, anxious, stuck, or just a bit unsettled; my passion is to listen and guide you to make positive changes to improve those feelings.
The focus of my work is with adult women (ages 18+). I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to meet your needs and unique life situation. I emphasize building on your existing strengths and teaching you tools to help you navigate life’s ups and downs. I have been a believer in Christ for over 18 years. I believe therapy is a three person process involving the Holy Spirit, myself, and the client. I integrate a Biblical worldview, Scripture, and prayer upon request. I am currently available to see clients in person or via telehealth.

I received a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of South Carolina. I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and American Counseling Association.
